Navigate to the “My Bookings” section to view your scheduled sessions.
Select the session you wish to cancel and click on the “Cancel” option.

Cancellation Timeframe

Customer Cancellation

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled session will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to review.

Rizwan Choudhry Enterprises Cancellation

In the event of a cancellation by Rizwan Choudhry Enterprises or the assigned instructor, you will receive a full refund.

Refund Options

If your cancellation request is eligible for a refund, we offer the following options:

Full Refund: You will receive a full refund of the amount paid for the canceled session.
Store Credit: Alternatively, you may choose to receive store credit equal to the amount paid for the canceled session. This credit can be used towards future session bookings on our website.

Sessions that have been provided as scheduled and completed.
