  • The session is canceled by Rizwan Choudhry Enterprises or the assigned instructor.

  • The session is unable to be provided due to unforeseen circumstances or technical issues from our end.

  • Contact our customer support team within 7 days of the canceled session or the issue encountered.

  • Provide the necessary details, including your booking information and any relevant supporting evidence.

  • We will notify you of the decision regarding your refund request within 7days of receiving all necessary information.

Refund Options

If your refund request is approved, we offer the following refund options:

You will receive a full refund of the amount paid for the canceled session or the session that could not be provided.
In certain cases, we may offer the option to reschedule the session instead of providing a refund, based on availability and mutual agreement.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Sessions that have been provided as scheduled and completed.

  • Sessions that are canceled by the customer.
